This is a high intensity group circuit class designed to shed the love handles, tone the entire body and get your heart pumping!
MONDAY @ 7pm, WEDNESDAY @ 5:30pm & SATURDAY @ 12:30pm
This is a beginner level Starting Strength group that focuses on the squat, deadlift, bench press, shoulder press, power clean and a wide variety of accessory exercises.
TUESDAY / THURSDAY @ 6:30PM & SATURDAY @ 10:30AM

We're just a regular group of strength enthusiasts who like to lift heavy things and have some fun. We're a mix of guys and girls, tall, short, thick and skinny with the common goal of getting FIT and STRONG!!
The East Van Barbell Club combines strength training, powerlifting, kettlebells, old school bodybuilding and general conditioning. Our facility has all the strength and conditioning tools, expert instruction and community support you'll need to reach your fitness goals!
